The “I Delfini” Residence, holiday apartments, is a building, inaugurated during the summer 2007, located at 90 mt. from the sea, next to
the centre of Cupra Marittima.
It is an ideal place for who want spend a friendly, lovely and at the same time comfortable holiday. The building is composed of
38 very spacius units – 20 two-bedroom flats and 18 three-bedroom flats – entirely and modernly furnished, suitable for families
and for groups.
The two-beedrom flats (living-room, Kitchenette and bedroom) are for 2/4 people.
The three-beedrom flats (living-room, Kitchenette and 2 bedrooms) are for 4/6 people.
All the flats are equipped with -a spacious living room with kitchenette;
- a bathroom with shower;
- bedrooms;
- balcony.
Nearby, you can find supermarkets, discounts, whatever kind of shops, coffee bars, banks, post office, restaurants, ice-cream shops, pinewood,
natural reserves, sporting equipments and all the facilities which will make your stay most comfortable and pleasant.
In the Residence are accessible: 6 apartments in the ground floor, 4 two-bedroom
flat and 2 three-bedroom flat, common spaces in the ground floor, the elevator, the garage floor, solarium floor and the beach (chalet Alta Marea).
